Hi, I'm Dianna I am licensed Relationship/Family Counsellor, Students Mental Health Mentor and a Life Coach with over 10years experience.

It takes courage to reach out for support, which is the second phase of your process; the first is the acknowledgement that you need support and making the decision to move forward. I do understand the many challenges that we face as we navigate through our life experiences. While I am a Helping Professional, I do believe in the human connection and will work with you to embrace all aspects of yourself. Despite challenges, no matter how difficult; it is my belief that we all possess, the ability to empower ourselves and regain control over our lives.

It is important to be patient with yourself as you work toward your healing. It is important for you to try and celebrate every step forward you make and to even learn from every step that you may take back. It is sometimes through pain that we grow, (growing Pains). Learn to find reasons to love and except yourself.

Dianna made me feel understood and safe since our first session. I’m always looking forward to talk to her because she really understands me. She listens and gives advice and gives you tasks to work on between the sessions. She is such a friendly, warm, caring person and still so professional. I couldn’t have asked for someone better!

It's easy to talk with Diana. She has a way of suggesting possible solutions or line of thinking that doesn't make me feel like I have to agree with her. I can still make up my own mind. She also helps me consider experiences/persistent habits/persistent emotions to try to get to see what drives them. Very eye opening many times. Bonus: very cheerful face and vibe.

I've found working with Dianna to be very positive and her sessions overall to be supportive. I am tapping into new areas with her that are helping me to identify stuff that has been packed away for years. I'm thankful for her guidance through this journey.

I hade a messy life until I started the therapy session with Dianna Bailey. After just some discussion on messages and calls where she was the support I didn’t get from my family and friends, I realized who I am, what I want, and find my way in my life. I got back the relationship with my family in normal standards,I stopped fighting in my relationship, I get peace in my heart . I look forward and I enjoy the journey to achieve my purpose in life. Now I have my own life, before I was a piece in others life.

When I started with Dianna, I felt very under confident and unsure of myself, but now I feel confident in myself and my own self worth. Dianna has a very easy going approach that ensures you feel comfortable to talk and do not feel pressured to speak about topics you aren't ready to do so. Each week you will get work sheets to go over topics and strategies that you've spoken about throughout the week and develop skills to help you cope with issues in your life. I started therapy weighed down and carrying a lot of emotional baggage but now my rucksack has been emptied and replaced with a box of tools to help me grow. Thank you Dianna
