Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a licensed therapist in Colorado, and I work with adults of all ages—from people in their 20s to older adults—who are trying to make sense of their emotions, relationships, and day-to-day stress. Some of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck in patterns that don’t serve them anymore. Others live with the ongoing impact of trauma, depression, or persistent mental health symptoms.
My background includes working in both outpatient and crisis settings in Washington and Colorado. I’ve supported individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness and provided care in hospitals, jails, homes, and community settings for people experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and intense emotional distress. Those experiences taught me the importance of compassion, curiosity, and meeting people exactly where they are.
In therapy, I create a space that feels safe, comfortable, and human. My approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing from CBT, DBT, systems theory, and developmental models. I focus on helping you understand your emotions, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and build practical skills for balance and growth.
I genuinely enjoy getting to know people and believe that everyone is unique. I view therapy as a space where your individuality is important, and together we can explore what works best for you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
