Through my experience working within different behavioral/ mental health systems and various clinical roles, I have had the opportunity to provide supportive assistive clinical treatment to all cultures as one works through challenging life experiences. Cherie was fantastic for helping me through anxiety and depression issues that had recurred after several years of remission! I felt I could really open up to her. The books and worksheets she suggested and we discussed were very constructive. They built on each other in a way that made each session feel constructive, like a new step forward to the person I wanted to be. She gave me the structure, and I put in the work.
