I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver. I hold my LCSW license in Oregon, I have over 8 years of experience working with individuals. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, postpartum and ADHD. I have also helped many individuals who have experienced trauma or abuse.

My counseling style is calm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, individuality and compassion . My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic/holistic, solution-focused and Motivational Interviewing therapies. I also practice Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Jenna Lander has been a great help to me. I feel she responded to my messages in a very kind and thoughtful manner. She sensed things from my comments that I did not write. In other words, she read between the lines. She asked me thought provoking questions to help me understand my situation better. I could always tell by her responses that she cared for me and wanted what was best for me. Words cannot describe how much I needed that. I am a quiet person. I've been working with Jenna for just over a year and her support has been exceptional! I love being able to schedule time outside of my work hours from 8am to 5pm and talk to her weekly.
