Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you find clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
I'm Ashley, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor (LMFT-S) with a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy and over 10 years of clinical experience. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and down-to-earth, with a little humor mixed in when appropriate. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, explore difficult emotions, and feel genuinely heard and understood.
I draw from attachment-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help you better understand yourself, recognize unhelpful patterns, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges.
I don't believe therapy is one-size-fits-all. We'll work together to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. My goal isn't to tell you how to live your life, but to help you feel more equipped and confident in making the changes that matter most to you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Ashley is very kind and soft spoken. I feel she gives me the time I need and listens throughly. I enjoyed that she had a written assessment in the beginning to get to know where I was at and she was able to evaluate and go from there. Ashley is very easy to talk to and I appreciate her time.
I've enjoyed Ashley. She listens and tries to accommodate you. She also checks in on you which is nice.
She is so patient and do ubderstanding
Ashley is great. She listens and always provides me with techniques I can use everyday to make me feel and be better.
She is very good at getting back to me in a timely manner, She gives advice as well as worksheets to help with the process, she is understanding, shows professionalism, knowledge, and she expresses her own perspectives without favoring one or another’s views cuz she doesn’t assume she knows both sides.. Challenging questions at times to help with talking through what I write to her. She has been very pleasant and supportive. I appreciate her time and concern for me. It means alot
Ashley provided great feedback and was a good listener
Ashley is so good at listening and discerning the right things to say to both soothe and teach me. We have only had one full video session but we were already able to isolate a huge concern in my life and figure out ways to start coping with it.
Ashley Fowler is the best therapist i have had since I was first diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder in 2015! She is approachable, kind, and will help guide you to make your own positive decisions. I feel she cares for my wellbeing and is a perfect example of someone who was made for this job.
