I came to Janet first after losing a loved one and struggling with grief. I have worked with her for almost a year though, because that grief involved many other elements of struggle and she helped me work through them. I came to Janet in desperate need of coping mechanisms and she taught me all of those and more! Additionally, she did so with grace, thoughtfulness, and profound kindness. I don't even know how to sufficiently express my gratitude for her. This year has been challenging but working with Janet allowed me to grow in a way that would not have been possible without her.
