Greetings! My name is Catrina and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in Texas. I am also licensed in Arizona, South Carolina and Florida. I am here to work with you and I am on your side. When working on difficult concerns, it is important to have an impartial person who can listen and be there for you. I work with a variety of concerns, including healing from difficult and abusive relationships, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, addiction, and the loss of a loved one.

I started the journey of becoming a therapist to help others and it was a calling of sorts. After my experience of healing and growth, I knew I wanted to help others overcome similar things. I work with those who are going though a life transitions and those who struggle to let the past go. I also work with those grieving the loss of a loved one or a relationship.

Together we will come up with a plan that will fit your unique needs and situation. I work with a variety of different methods and techniques to help you through. I am here to listen and offer support without judgment.

If you feel stuck or have a situation that is difficult to talk about with others, therapy may be a good place to start. Whether or not I'm a good match for you, I'm so glad you are getting help. Congratulations on taking the first steps.
