Judith listens. She lets me go. But she thinks about what she says and suggests when she does reply. Less is sometimes more. It works for me.

Clients mention: Great Safe Understand Wonderful Amazing Calm Comfortable Compassion Guidance Incredible

Judith has really taught me how much compassion can bring about growth. She has been such a bright spot in my life. She is so gentle and kind!

I was definitely a little bit nervous at first, overall it went very smoothly and I felt a sense of calm and connection after the first meeting. It really is a relaxed, speak your mind dynamic with Judy and I've had an utmost wonderful experience working with her so far. I hope many others can benefit from her wisdom and guidance as I have.

I am a therapist myself and have worked with many therapists in my life. There is something very special about Judith and her approach to therapy. She has a great balance of allowing space to be heard and seen while also challenging when necessary. There were times I would get done with sessions and my insides would just feel good and I would feel significantly more peaceful. Cant explain it much better than that but her presence alone is so impactful. I have benefitted so much from our work together and have implemented some of the techniques in my practice with clients as well.

Judith is the therapist I needed. I wanted an older woman as that I could talk too. She's an amazing listener, gives great feed back, and praises me for things I never thought needed praise for, but that's why I'm here.

Reviewed July 2022

I’ve had a lot of therapists over the years, none seemed to understand exactly where I was coming from. Judy, however, has been absolutely incredible. Taking the time to listen and actually understand me, encourage me to think for myself and find answers from within myself, as well as giving great advice and insight into what I happened to be going through and struggling with. She is intelligent, thoughtful and compassionate and is happy for me when I am happy. A wonderful human being I feel lucky to have met.
