It has always been my desire to serve and bring out the best in people. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts, holding a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Psychology.
Growing up in a home where addiction was present, I faced anxiety and depression at an early age. Those experiences shaped my understanding of pain, resilience, and the importance of breaking cycles. I chose a different path; one dedicated to healing, understanding, and helping others do the same. My journey into the human mind and functioning began with curiosity and has evolved into a lifelong passion for guiding others toward growth and balance.
My therapeutic approach honors the unique experiences of each individual, particularly focusing on self-love, stress management, and healing through grief and challenging life stages. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I create a supportive environment where clients can explore their emotional well-being and develop meaningful strategies for personal growth.
I am dedicated to walking alongside clients during their most vulnerable moments. My work is grounded in understanding, respect, and a genuine belief in each person's capacity for resilience and transformation. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and do the work, I would be honored to join you on that journey.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
