My practice is rooted in compassion, trust, and inclusivity, ensuring each individual feels truly heard, understood, and empowered on their journey to healing and growth.

Holistic and Tailored Therapy

Using an integrative counselling style, I combine techniques from multiple therapeutic models to create personalised care. My therapy room is a multicultural, diverse space that offers education, coaching, and therapeutic guidance, strengthening self-awareness, resilience, and transformation.

Specialised Support & Therapeutic Focus

With over a decade of experience working with neurodivergent individuals of all ages, I provide tailored ADHD coaching and ASD support—helping clients navigate challenges such as self-concept, masking, and inner conflict. My practice fosters self-acceptance, confidence, and emotional balance, offering a safe, adaptive space that embraces diversity.

Through trauma-informed therapy, I guide clients in exploring deep-rooted issues related to loss, abandonment, and isolation. Using Inner-Child Healing and DBT techniques, I help promote clarity, emotional freedom, and self-compassion.

Couples Counselling

Relationships require understanding, trust, and emotional connection. I offer Couples Counselling using a Person-Centred approach, creating a safe and respectful space for partners to communicate openly, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional intimacy. By fostering mutual understanding, empathy, and active listening, I help couples navigate challenges such as conflict resolution, emotional disconnect, and life transitions.

Each session is tailored to the couple’s unique dynamics, supporting them in discovering healthier ways to connect, express their needs, and develop a stronger, more fulfilling relationship. Whether facing communication barriers or seeking to strengthen their bond, I help couples rediscover their shared values, emotional resilience, and authentic connection.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Sarah has saved my life. I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am to have found her. Sarah is my fourth therapist in ten years and nobody has ever helped me like she has. She is such a kind and gentle soul and has gotten to know me so well. I completely and totally trust her and fully believe that she genuinely cares about me and my well-being. She triumphs with me in my successes and supports me when I struggle. Her voice is the sound of my inner guide now and I’ve never been more grateful to anyone.

Sarah has been an incredible support for me during difficult times. It is comforting to know she is there with not only a listening ear, but a kind, supportive manner and great personal insights. She has really helped me to see things from a different perspective and she has provided me with exercises and tools which have helped me to gain clarity and direction moving forward in my journey.

Sarah has genuinely transformed my life. She was able to talk me through all my past traumas, even thought and behaviour patterns back to my childhood that I didn't realise were even a thing. After my adhd diagnosis as an adult, the years of misdiagnosis had left me with massive holes in my self confidence and esteem, I am finally able to truly love me for who I am now and that has been liberating. She's encouraged my growth and encouraged me to take leaps of faith when I was holding myself back. My therapy experience with Sarah has been miles away from any experience I've had with the NHS, I would recommend her to absolutely anyone. When my sessions come to an end, I truly will be sad to stop our conversations. Her warm personality and humour has made the experience just amazing, and I feel blessed to have gone through this journey with someone as lovely as her.

I had Sarah for one month of my therapy journey. She uses some really interesting unique approaches to create a conversation. She was able reinforce a great deal of positives about my growth process despite the lapses that occurred. We were also able to share a few moments laughter and joy during our sessions but more importantly she has helped become a better version of myself. Our conversation were deeply analytical and revealing. I highly recommend her as coach, counselor and therapist. Thank you Sarah. See you again soon.
