Ian is very personable. Understands me as a person and tailors his advice to my personality

Ian has helped identify root cause of some of my issues. I had gone into session with my own assumptions but I didn’t realize truth of issues until meeting with Ian. He is very responsive and connects by messaging between meetings which I appreciate.

I am a Licensed counselling Therapist in the UK. I have a vast amount of experience in social services settings/mental health as a therapist working with a variety of individuals, children and families from different backgrounds presenting issues ranging from Stress, anxiety, addiction, depression and other various mental health issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where issues, thoughts, and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I believe that beginning where the client is at in the treatment process is key to a successful and beneficial therapeutic experience. My goal is to build upon what is working in the client's life and collaborate with my clients to address the needs that they feel should be addressed in a way that they feel comfortable with.

I look forward to working with you!

Ian's fantastic! He really helped me get through a pretty rough patch. I quite enjoyed his style - he's easy to talk to, and knows when to listen and when to challenge. There were moments where he'd say something that seemed fairly innocuous at first, but were ultimately quite profound and had me looking at my life from a completely different angle. I'd happily work with him again any time!
