More about Seba

I have been working as a psychotherapist in private practice, with Neurodivergent clients since 2016. I work with couples as well as individuals. I am also a supervisor to other therapists.

In the past I have work for a women's charity in the perinatal team with women that were pregnant, had babies under 1 year. I have experience around pregnancy, post natal depression, loss of baby, birth trauma and parenting.

I qualified in psychodynamic and CBT, however in my practice I use a relational, flexible approach. I developed this way of working through training and supervision, this helped me work in a way that suits my clients. It is individualised, neuro-affirmative and always consider the client I am working with. I therefore use a range of modalities, psychoeducation and coaching depending on the clients needs. This use of different modalities is often named integrative therapy.

I am an accredited registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society this means I have higher qualifications than a registered member. I have a post graduate in clinical supervision in 2021 as well as my initial qualification.

I specialise in ADHD and Autism and my clients range in age from 16 to older adults. Clients will come to me for a range of reasons, but often because of my knowledge of ADHD and Autism. You might be thinking about going for a diagnosis and want to come to see me prior to that. You might be post assessment, you have a diagnosis but have no support to process this and understand your diagnosis.

If you are looking for a therapist that validates, supports, understands and hears you, I look forward to speaking to you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
