About Me

Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, or relationship difficulties, I’m here to help. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone.

I am a counsellor, trainer, and CPCAB-qualified clinical supervisor with over 15 years’ experience supporting individuals and couples through some of life’s most difficult moments. I specialise in trauma including domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and conflict related trauma, and I also work with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, and self-esteem. As a Level 6 relationship therapist, I help couples improve communication and connection, and I support individuals in strengthening the most important relationship of all, the one with themselves.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can:

Reduce anxiety and stress

Manage anger in healthier ways

Process trauma and painful experiences

Gain clarity and self-understanding

Improve relationships with yourself and others

Build resilience and confidence to move forward

I also bring extensive experience working with first responders and professionals impacted by secondary trauma, as well as supervising practitioners across ages and professions.

Taking that first step can feel daunting, but change is possible. With the right support, you can heal, grow, and find new ways to live your life with balance and confidence.

"The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." – Lao Tzu
