More about Brock

  • 7 years' experience
  • Male
  • LPC

I am licensed in Arizona and Wisconsin with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, ADHD management skills, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and Christian Counseling (including Catholic). I also use Written Exposure Therapy for the treatment of PTSD which is effective in as little as 5 sessions. I use an eclectic approach to therapy to fit your needs rather than try and fit you into a given type of therapy. I am not the kind of therapist who will hand you packets in order to teach you skills (unless you really want them). Instead, I will help you identify coping skills you are already likely to use. I offer a kind, caring, and non-judgmental environment to help you meet your goals.

A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
