Amanda out me at ease. I find it easy to open up to her. She doesn't just listen but asks the right questions. Also guiding me through weekly situations and scenarios.

Reviewed February 2026

Amanda has been a very compassionate and supportive therapist. Most importantly, she can offer simple, useful and actionable advice. I left my first session with her already feeling lighter, and that certain issues were manageable without needing to fall apart first. She is a very personable therapist, speaks in everyday language but can pull on all the useful theories and techniques when required. Highly recommend

You look like you’re coping, but inside, it’s a very different story.

Maybe your mind never seems to switch off? You're carrying the weight of endless responsibilities, second-guessing yourself, overthinking decisions and trying to keep everything together. You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or just not like yourself anymore.

Perhaps you've spent so long looking after everyone else's needs that you've lost touch with your own? You might find it hard to say no, struggle with self-doubt or feel stuck in patterns that leave you feeling drained and disconnected. Deep down, you know something needs to change, but you're not sure where to start.

When you're living like this, it can affect everything—your relationships, your work, your confidence, sleep, and sense of wellbeing. You might feel frustrated that you're struggling despite trying your best to cope, or maybe you're wondering why things seem so easy for others yet difficult for you.

You don’t have to keep managing on your own.

Therapy offers a space where you can put down some of the weight you have been carrying, make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, with someone alongside you who really gets it.

I’m Amanda, an integrative therapist with a warm, down-to-earth approach. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, ADHD related challenges, relationship difficulties, life transitions and feelings of being stuck or disconnected from who you are.

Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences and explore what's going on for you with curiosity and compassion, helping you understand yourself more deeply, untangle patterns that may be keeping you stuck and developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Whatever brings you to therapy, my aim is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood and supported to create meaningful and lasting change.

I know that reaching out can be daunting, so if you've read this far, please feel free to get in touch to see if I'm the right person to support you

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Amanda has been - and continues to be - a tremendous support as I deal with relationship trauma. Her calmness, warmth, frankness and skill in guiding me to better understand my insecurity and vulnerability, and provide a platform for my unburdening has been absolutely invaluable. Thank you.

10/10, She’s helped me reach and realise my full potential. A kind, caring therapist who always has my best interest at heart.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the support and care I’ve received from Amanda while I grieve the loss of my sister as well as a breakup in the same time frame. When I first started therapy, I was in a very dark place, feeling lost and overwhelmed. From our very first session, Amanda made me feel truly heard and understood. She always listened without judgment, creating a space where I felt emotionally safe to open up and explore my thoughts and feelings. Over time, Amanda has become more than just a therapist; she feels like a friend and a true cheerleader in my journey. Her encouragement and unwavering belief in me have given me a renewed sense of hope and a new lease on life. I can confidently say that I wouldn't be where I am today without her guidance and support. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and is dedicated to helping you find your way, I wholeheartedly recommend Amanda. She’s made an incredible difference in my life, and I’m forever thankful for her.

Amanda makes me feel seen and heard in a gentle way, she’s helping me work through alot with compassion and understanding. Highly recommend.

Reviewed July 2024

Amanda has been very. Helpful throughout our sessions. I've been with her for 8 weeks now and had very in depth conversations which I would usually find uncomfortable with another person. Although sometimes I just talk about somethings which has happened in the week, Amanda will pick up on how this relates back to patterns of my behaviour or areas for self improvement/recognition that we've discussed in the past. I would really recommend Amanda, she is a great listener, very honest and intuitive

Amanda is a wonderful person, kind, un-judging, welcoming, I'm a very anxious and worrying person, takes time to trust and open up, and Amanda is so kind and present from session 1 that I know I've made the best decision to seek help via therapy and been incredibly lucky that I have been matched with her. Highly recommend. Always punctual, great listener, and has good insights, always genuinely interested in helping and wanting the best for her client.

She's wonderful. We've only had a couple of sessions but already she's gently helped me to not only see another perspective on things, but to explore practical ways to manage my issues. I feel so much more hopeful.

Reviewed December 2022

Amanda was really understanding and helpful during our sessions, she made me feel heard and my feelings feel validated.

Reviewed November 2022

I’m really happy that I was matched with Amanda, she is understanding, but also extremely easy to talk to and open up to, which was something that I was worried would be a problem before I started therapy. However, the way she navigates the conversation, allows for a an easy, free flowing discussion. I always feel like I have made progress after we have had our sessions!

I'm really glad I was matched to Amanda. Her laid back attitude has helped me to open up about a lot of things. She remembers things we've spoken about and has encouraged me to take care of myself during a painful time. She has given me some structure and stability which I have been missing. I feel safe to speak to her. Thank you Amanda.
