You’re exhausted from holding everything together. It doesn’t have to stay this way.
You’ve spent years being the strong one.
Looking after everyone else.
Pushing through.
Working harder.
Keeping your feelings to yourself.
Perhaps you’re burnt out. Perhaps alcohol, food, work, gambling, pornography or another habit has become a way of switching off. Maybe your relationships keep following the same painful pattern.
Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone.
I’m Dagmar Salamonova, a BACP-accredited counsellor and psychologist with over 15 years’ experience helping people recover from burnout, addiction, anxiety, trauma and relationship difficulties.
Together we’ll help you understand why these patterns developed, break free from them, and build a calmer, healthier and more meaningful life.

WHO I HELP
I work with adults who:
? Feel burnt out and emotionally exhausted
? Feel stuck in addictive habits or unhealthy coping strategies
? Struggle with anxiety or depression
? Keep repeating painful relationship patterns
? Find it impossible to say no
? Feel responsible for everyone else’s happiness
? Have ADHD or autism and feel overwhelmed
? Want to enjoy life again instead of simply surviving
ABOUT ME
People often tell me,
“I don’t even know who I am anymore.”
Or,
“Everyone thinks I’m coping, but inside I’m falling apart.”
I understand those feelings more than you might expect.
Like many people who grow up in families shaped by trauma, I learned to keep going, stay strong, work hard and not ask for help. My inner critic was loud. Rest felt uncomfortable. I believed I had to earn my worth by doing more.
Eventually I realised those strategies had helped my family survive—but they weren’t helping me truly live.
Therapy changed my life.
So did yoga.
Nature.
Learning how to breathe again.
Allowing myself to connect with people instead of carrying everything alone.
Those experiences don’t replace my professional training, but they help me understand how difficult real change can be.
Today I combine both professional knowledge and personal experience to help others move from surviving to living.
MY APPROACH
I don’t believe people are broken.
I believe our minds develop ways of protecting us.
Burnout.
Anxiety.
People-pleasing.
Addiction.
Perfectionism.
They usually start as attempts to cope.
Together we’ll understand why they’ve developed, keep what still serves you and gently let go of what no longer does.
Our work isn’t about becoming someone different.
It’s about helping you become yourself again.
MY SPECIALIST AREAS
Burnout
If you’re constantly exhausted, overwhelmed or running on empty, we’ll work together to understand why—and help you recover without simply telling you to “slow down.”
Addiction
Whether you’re struggling with alcohol, drugs, food, work, pornography, gambling or another compulsive behaviour, we’ll look beneath the habit rather than simply trying to remove it.
Real recovery begins with understanding what the addiction has been doing for you.
Relationships
If you keep attracting the wrong people, struggle with boundaries or lose yourself trying to keep everyone happy, we’ll work on changing those patterns so your relationships become healthier and more secure.
WHY CLIENTS CHOOSE TO WORK WITH ME
Clients often tell me they feel:
• deeply listened to
• understood rather than judged
• calmer after sessions
• able to understand themselves for the first time
• hopeful that lasting change is possible
FINAL CALL TO ACTION
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
You only need to take the first step.
If you’re tired of surviving and ready to start living with more calm, confidence and connection, I’d be honoured to work with you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Dagmat Salamonova-Clark is really helpful and I found her extremely professional, friendly and cooperative during my sessions. I recommend her strongly
She’s nice. She listens. She’s helping me. It is still “early days” but I am happy with her.
I've had a couple of sessions with Dagmar now. The experience so far has been enlightening and I believe with Dagmar's help and support, I will heal and evolve into my higher self. I'm excited for the future
Dagmar was really helpful and supportive. She was nice to talk to and made me feel so supported. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She also was flexible and added new slots on when I couldn’t do any times available
She has been the first therapist recommended to me and I have been very happy with her throughout every session.
Incredibly impersonal approach of both the app and person.
My therapist has been extremely supportive with my mental health. I have opened up about my concerns and she has been listening and giving advice on how to work on them.
Dagmar has been a great listener which is key to my therapy. She is able to keep me thinking about how and why, and then explain what I might be feeling in a very simple way. I’ve really enjoyed therapy with Dagmar.
