Colette is brilliant. I have had a number of therapists over the years but she is the best by far. She really understands me and uses her detailed and extensive knowledge and skills to really help me make changes. So glad I have her in my life. I feel amazingly optimistic about my future life which at 54 after too long struggling is absolutely brilliant. Never had a therapist get me so quickly and help so much. Her background is fascinating and inspiring too.

she has a warm funny, beautiful personality as young person working with her was amazing as she is very insightful and knowledgeable! I love how she set what to expect from her from the get go, so you knew exactly what type of service you would be receiving and she did not disappoint. P.S I love little details about her like how she’s running 50k, incredible if you ask me.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
