I've been working with Lisa for about 3 months for issues relating to anxiety and depression. She has helped me so much! I was having trouble sleeping and trouble at work, with relationships and self esteem. All of these issues are improving with her help. Due to my work schedule, I had a hard time finding a time for a weekly session and she adjusted her schedule to allow for me to have a weekly session with her. Lisa has been a Godsend! I highly, highly recommend her!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Lisa is the most effective counselor I have worked with. A lot of the time, I’ve felt like I’ve just talked to someone and feel no difference after a session, but that is not the case with Lisa. She’s helped me work on the root cause of my issues, she’s responsive, and she really seems to get me. Our sessions are impactful and I’ve been able to identify patterns in my daily life and work to change what I’m doing. The homework I get is meaningful and helps me take my session’s work even farther. I cannot say enough great things about Lisa. She is truly making a positive difference in my life.
Lisa is super empathetic and it’s felt. It’s nice to know she’s there and her offer of ‘grace’ has really resonated with me.
Mrs Harley is amazing! She helped me in so many ways during very hard times I appreciate it very much!
She is wonderful and attentive. She has given me material that has been beneficial. Very calming to talk to. .
Lisa you are challenging me. And even if I can't come up with a response for your questions, they get my wheels turning and I think about it. There are things manifesting in my life that are very exciting for me since I started this with some health changes.
Lisa has been very insightful and has made me feel heard. I feel very comfortable talking with her. She is excellent in her field!
Lisa is a great therapist. Listens to me and gives great advice. Tries her best to turn negatives into positives. Really do love her approach and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you for help and all that you do Lisa!
What an amazing therapist. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is seeking therapy. She is thorough, meticulous, extremely intelligent, and more than anything: she cares about your well-being.
I truly appreciate Lisa. I initially signed up for grief tans within a few months she has given me great tools to help with my grieving but she has also expanded into other aspects in my life that could effect me that I never intended to get help for. She offers me small manageable pieces and goals to work on between sessions which makes things easier to process and incorporate into my daily life. I truly feel a difference in my thinking and handling things. I really do appreciate Lisa’s help with me !
