I am licensed in South Carolina with over a decade of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. I have experience in a variety of settings such as inpatient mental health, school-based therapy, law enforcement settings, federal employees moving through current transitions, private practice and crisis community response.

Sometimes life is hard, and we need a little assistance. I believe strength is within us, and I also believe that sometimes we need a little help finding it. I am here to support you along the journey of gaining understanding into yourself, your situation and your goals.

My clients report finding my laid back approach, completely judgment free space and sense of humor as what they find most helpful in our therapeutic relationship.
