I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Lecturer, and a Full Clinical Member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I hold an MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy and have extensive experience supporting individuals and couples through a broad range of emotional, relational, and psychological challenges.

Alongside my private practice, I provide clinical supervision to practitioners and teach counselling students, supporting the development of reflective, ethical, and competent professionals. These roles continually enrich my clinical practice and reflect my commitment to professional excellence, lifelong learning, and the advancement of therapeutic practice.

My experience includes working with clients affected by anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, relationship and attachment difficulties, addiction, eating disorders, intimacy and psychosexual concerns, bereavement, and issues relating to self-worth and identity. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed, and relational approach, creating a therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences safely, deepen self-understanding, and develop meaningful and lasting change.

I recognise that seeking therapy often requires considerable courage. My role is to provide a supportive, thoughtful, and non-judgemental environment in which you feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life's challenges, strengthen resilience, and move towards greater wellbeing and fulfilment.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
