Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Emily is very understanding and gets back in a very timely manner. She makes me feel very heard and makes me feel validated when voicing my concerns. This is my first time in therapy and I can honestly say I am having a great first experience which I know isn’t the same for many people . She’s great at what she does and I appreciate it.
Working with Emily has been amazing. She's incredibly insightful and really helps me brainstorm ways to manage my ADHD while having big goals. She responds quickly to messages, and is easy to schedule with.
Emily is great. She's understanding and really takes the time to try and get to know you. She asks good questions that makes you think / analyze situations differently and to me is very beneficial
