As you know, sometimes life is overwhelming, resulting in feelings of grief, anxiety, anger, or fatigue. It can sap your motivation or leave you with thoughts of defeat and being stuck. I am here to gently help you find your way back, to reclaim your life and keep moving forward.
My practice is based on the knowledge that we are all holistic beings with physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions, dynamically woven together to produce the unique individuals we are. I am certified in Interactive Guided Imagery (sm) and Thought Field Therapy, and have additional training in behavioral nutrition, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR ), and NeuroModulation Technique therapy. I work primarily with adults (both men and women) on issues of grief and loss, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, trauma, and motivation.
When we work together, we will do more than just “talk.” We will work with the resources you already have but may not know how to access, and develop a few new tools in the process. I look forward to meeting you soon.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Chris has been a great help to me. She has helped me to navigate my feelings more effectively. I highly recommend her.
After only two appointments I do not fee that there has been sufficient interaction to warrant. A review. I will give it another couple of weeks.
I've consulted Christine several times over the last few years and she has been a great help to me as I navigate my mental health journey. I've tried other therapy methods but I am a night shift worker and it works out so well to be able to reach out to her at the time that I am most alert and communicate with her in a way that I am most comfortable with. I think I get the most out of my therapy that way. I like that she frequently reviews goals and makes changes to them as needed.
So far she’s been great. Assures me I’m ok and what I’m feeling isn’t too rash and it’s normal. I like her worksheets and assignments she has given me so far to complete.
Excellent listener and definitely has been through every day situations that are very relatable.
She is amazing! I love her holistic approach, kindness, and openness. I feel she really looks at things from all sides, and has a lot of skill. She has helped me a lot. Thank you, Christine! :-)
She makes me feel understood. It feels like she’s lifted a weight off my shoulders!
She is both compassionate and very helpful with what I am dealing with. She is a lifesaver and In the short time that I have been working with her has been very enlightening. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Chris has been really helpful on my journey. She always offer a calm voice of comfort
Chris is more like a friend and she understands everything!
She's been great!!
Chris is full of good ideas for getting in touch with yourself and really digging deep in order to help yourself grow. I appreciated how Chris held me accountable for things I said I would or wanted to do and for how she affirmed me and my feelings. She helps you become your strongest advocate and is so deeply compassionate as well as knowledgeable. On so many levels she helped me to develop my skills for navigating sexual assault trauma as well as estrangement from family members. She is honest and kind and nonjudgmental. I can't say enough good things about Chris. Anyone would be lucky to work with her, but especially those who want to more deeply connect with themselves on a holistic level.
I have learned so much about myself and feel so much better emotionally AND physically since starting counseling.
Christine is wonderful. I’ve grown and am so much more comfortable asking for assistance which has helped reduce my anxiety. I highly recommend her.

My experience has been helpful.
She listens well and asks all the right questions to get to the core of what I need. I appreciate the practical solutions as well as very clear examples! Thank you!
Christine understand my spiritual beliefs and even helps me to take a holistic approach to life and stress. I absolutely love the combination of therapies as I am a very holistic person. She is understanding and very intuitive.
Chris has been talking through life with me for years now and I'm so grateful. When we met my life was in shambles, and her calm, practical advice helped me through years and years of picking up the pieces. Also has some impressive knowledge about physical responses and vitamins and health, as well as my recovery from alcoholism and divorce and... Thanks Kris!!
Chris is a very thoughtful, forthright and experienced. I have had other therapists just have me talk and ask questions, but I asked Chris to give me tasks and tools and she has done just that. It has been very helpful, though challenging work. She is also quite good at noting when progress is being made and what is next.
Christine is awesome. She is very patient when my thoughts are all over the place.
I really enjoyed having Chris as a someone to talk to. She was always in an excellent mood and always checked up on me when I didn't answer right away. She never doubted my decisions and always supported me. I would highly suggest having Chris as someone to talk to if you can.
Chris has helped me deal with a weight that I have carried most of my life. She has helped me step by step to unravel the chains of the past that have tied me down. She continues in her support and for this I am eternally grateful.
Chris has been so helpful to me. She has given me tools to deal with some of my issues and is a very good listener. I would definitely recommend Chris.
Christine is very responsive and is an excellent counsellor. We communicate mainly via email which is good in that you have to listen to concerns. I find that Christine also gives very practical suggestions and has gone out of her way to recommend resources.
Christine has been incredibly helpful to me navigating my grief after the death of a close family member. She is kind, caring, and practical.
She gives a comforting presence even through typed messages. It is very helpful to have a calm, uninvolved, new opinion on the things that are troubling me. She has a great perspective and seems to focus on a very mindful approach to mental health. Would recommend!
Christine is so insightful, knowledgeable and kind. She has lots of great tools and ideas. I highly recommend her as a counselor! Thanks Christine!
I love working with her!

Chris was a fantastic counselor over the couple months I got to work with her. She helped me to work through my anxiety. She gave me some great tools to use in everyday life so I could move forward in my healing and get back to life!
Thank you to Christine for keeping me going, making me think clearer and for helping me to get things in to perspective. She also responds clearly and consistently, without judgement and offering her full support. I feel she really understands what my issues are. Thank you, Chris :)
I have been going through a very difficult time in my life. There are so many things that I think a normal person would have buckled. I have went to a few counselors before. Chris is very intuitive. She sees motivation for my actions and calls me on it. I needed that. I think she is a good counselor with a clear head on her shoulders and very easy to talk to.
I started with another counselor and it wasn’t helping at all. Christine was quick to figure out what I was dealing with and to make a plan and goals for what I needed to get out of counseling. I am very happy with the help I am getting from her.
Chris has been an incredibly attentive counselor who really listens to me. She offers great tools to help deal with depression and anxiety and she's been extremely helpful.
She is flexible to work with my schedule and gave me many practical strategies to improve my day to day life. She kept me focused on the goals I set up and we discussed my progress. She really cares. I highly recommend her.
Christine responses are both quick and insightful. She understands that people contacting her are in need of help and attention and she truly considers that; consequently she is professional and really makes an effort to understand her patients' situations. I've never felt as though I have to remind her about what my issue is or why I need her help. She is focused, empathetic and has always been there when I needed her. I can't recommend her enough.
Christine is fantastic! She is attentive and insightful!
Christine has given me tools that have brought immediate relief. Besides this she is helping me see where my thinking has fallacies so that I might let those go and grow. She also helps me see where there are real issues and that is not just me and my thinking. She is incredibly responsive and respectful. Thank you!!
