Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Patient and resourceful
I've only had a handful of sessions but I know already that Ross is truly a professional I would gladly work with for a long long time. He is kind and empathetic, but at a deeper than surface level. I know that he truly thinks about his choice of words, and how to frame our discussions in a view that I can relate to and understand. He offers resources that I can use to work on myself in my own time to further the work we are doing in our sessions. As someone that cares to dissect states of being and why things are the way they are, he allows me the space and support to do so, and in turn lets that reflect on how I can work on myself further with his help. I wholeheartedly recommend Ross as someone to help support your healing and mental health journey.
Ross really listens and tries to understand what it is you’re going through. He is a great wealth of knowledge as well!

This experience has been very beneficial to me.
He is a great listener, which is something I needed. I never feel ridiculed or anxious, but rather understood, when I talk about my experiences. It's like a breath of fresh air, knowing I'm able to talk to someone that I won't be judged for it.
Ross listens more than he talks... which is what I needed.
