Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Amazing and understanding, feel so comfortable around her
I feel so lucky that I was matched with Jacqueline she has been so easy to talk to from the very first session and have now been speaking to her for 5 months. She is very good at having me to see things from a different point of view. I look forward to my sessions with her every week. She’s helped me through some tough times and celebrated my wins with me… I cannot recommend her enough.
Jacqueline is someone who cares, let's you talk and will listen even if you are struggling to express yourself. There is no judgement. She has been brilliant.
Experienced and very comfortable to talk to
Nothing to add. Jacqueline is trustful, empathetic and reliable.
The best
I have loved working with Jacqueline so far and look forward to more sessions in the future
She listens and she doesn't judge.
I've been in therapy before with not much success but feel that in the past few months Jacqueline has helped me make big progress in my life much more than past years of therapy. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
she is great, and friendly, she ask the correct questions
Jacqueline is so kind and caring. she asks the right questions and is able to help me dissect my issues so I can fully understand what is going on in my life. She gives me a lot of positive information to help me through what is going on in my life.
Jacqueline is very supportive and an excellent listener. I feel that she 'gets' me!
Jacqueline is a very sympathetic listener, non-judgemental and easy to open up to. I have appreciated the way she feeds back what she hears when I explain my feelings, and like her gentle guidance as to how I might move forward. This is my first experience of any kind of therapy and it is allowing me the space outside of the "noise" of family relationships to start to think about my own place within the dynamic. I would not hesitate in recommending Jacqueline.
I am starting to feel like therapy might be good for me and thats down to Jacqueline taking the time to get to know me and finding what the real issues are.
Jacqueline Carter-Brown has provided me with an excellent therapy service in which she is attentive, respectful and helpful. I feel that Jacqueline asks good questions to prompt my thinking and has a strong professional career behind her to inform her knowledge on the matters we discuss in our sessions. I feel safe talking to Jacqueline about emotional topics as a young person and look forward to the relief and clarity our sessions give.
Very helpful, attentive, understanding, and has great knowledge and background across a range of topics.
Only recently started therapy and it was a straight click with Jacqueline. She is friendly and comforting yet very professional. I was worried about a call session as I get nervous talking to people on the phone but after 5 minutes I felt safe and I could open up to her easily. She is amazing!
