I felt at ease with Lynn from our very first meeting. She gives me great insight and tools to try every session. It's been tough for me to find a good therapist as an expat and I'm so glad that I tried online therapy.

Lynn is amazing and so calm and caring. She helps me confront my trauma in a productive way and allows me to work at my own pace. She never rushes me and even manages when I go off on tangents. I would recommend Lynn as a therapist so everyone.

I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with a deep-seated belief in the power of being truly heard. My journey into the world of counselling was a natural progression from my extensive career in nursing, where I primarily worked with adults. This background gifted me with the essential skills of patience, active listening, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure—qualities that are now central to my practice. I successfully completed my psychotherapeutic counselling qualifications after three years of study, earning my Level 4 and Level 5 diplomas with Chrysalis Training.

As a Pluralistic Counsellor, I believe that one approach does not fit all. This pluralistic approach allows me to draw on a range of theoretical techniques, including Person-Centred Counselling, Psychodynamic Therapy, and CBT. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist and Meditation Teacher. My aim is to provide a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you feel completely safe to share your story and explore your feelings.

My commitment to professional growth is ongoing, and my continuing professional development includes courses in Autism awareness and trauma-informed practices. My passion for supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging moments led me to specialize in early pregnancy loss, miscarriage, and birth trauma. I have trained with the TBR College, where I became a certified TBR 3-Step Rewind Practitioner, a specific hypnotherapy technique designed to help clients process and heal from these difficult experiences. Currently, I operate my own private online practice and volunteer with a local charity, providing vital counselling support to mothers who have experienced traumatic pregnancies.

My focus is to help you find your voice and the strength to build a more peaceful and empowered future.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
