Life can leave us carrying more than our nervous systems were ever meant to hold. You might find yourself exhausted from people-pleasing, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or overwhelmed by emotions that feel “too much.” If that resonates, I want you to know you’re not broken — your body has just been in survival mode for too long.

I'm a trauma informed therapist and mental wellbeing practitioner with a background in somatic healing, nervous system education, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches. I work gently and collaboratively to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been trying to keep you safe — even when their strategies no longer feel helpful.

Whether you're recovering from narcissistic abuse, experiencing anxiety or burnout, or simply navigating a sense of disconnection, our work together can help you find steadiness, clarity and self-compassion. I believe healing happens not by pushing through, but by moving at the pace that feels safe.

How I Work

I bring a calm, compassionate presence and a deep respect for your lived experience. My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t come from fixing what’s “wrong” with you — it comes from understanding the wisdom in how you’ve learned to survive what happened to you.

I offer a grounded space where every part of you is welcome — including the ones that feel messy, stuck or unsure. My approach is body-based and relational, drawing on somatic practices and IFS-informed tools to support:

Reconnection with your body’s signals and inner cues

Compassionate understanding of survival patterns like perfectionism or dissociation

Emotional safety, at a pace that honours your nervous system

Space to feel seen, not judged

You don’t have to do this alone, and you don’t have to be ready — just willing to begin.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
