Hi, I’m Aishwarya — and I’ll be honest, writing about myself like this feels a little strange. I’d much rather meet you in conversation than sum myself up in a paragraph. But I also know how important it is to get a feel for the person you might open up to — especially when you're reaching out for support.
I’m a UK-certified psychotherapist, and I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” — it’s about creating a space where you can finally lay things down. A space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Where you can be messy, uncertain, and still feel safe, seen, and accepted.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and paced by your comfort. I work from a Person-Centered foundation, drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative and Systems Therapy, and Transactional Analysis — especially in my work with couples. I also integrate Psychodynamic ideas to gently explore how early life experiences may be shaping present patterns.
Outside of therapy, I turn to painting (pastels and acrylics) and Kathak dance — both offer me a way to reconnect with myself, move emotion through the body, and remember what feels most alive.
If something in this resonated, you’re welcome to reach out whenever you feel ready.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
