If you are looking for a counsellor that puts you at the centre of the work, allowing you to go at your own pace, I am here for you. Working in an integrative way, I work with individuals aged 12+ and couples 18+ and focus on trying to provide a non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where I aim for us to connect in a way for you to be comfortable to be yourself and say unspoken things.

I have worked within different settings using a variety of different counselling models including: systemic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy & psychosexual therapy. I worked with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationships, bereavement, and sexual dysfunction - whatever you bring I will listen without judgement.

I am a genuine, understanding, empathic counsellor and it is a real privilege to be part of so many people's journeys. The process can be life-changing and it is unique to each client, I look forward to making more connections, so please get in touch if you feel I can help.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Rachel has been so helpful during my therapy journey so far. She is respectful, kind but also challenges me to reflect on my experiences and how they contribute to who I am today. The experience speaking to Rachel has been invaluable and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
