Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Overall rating:
Rachel allows me to feel comfortable and she is someone that is not in awe of me and also does not condescend.
Rachel has very quickly become an important sparkle in my life. Speaking to her is like speaking to a friend. I highly recommend her.
Rachel is so great and supportive. I love that she doesn't make therapy so formal. I have room to be as casual and blunt as I want and we explore areas that I want to work on that day. She is just amazing over all.
Rachel has been an incredible therapist. She allows me to speak my mind freely and guides me to core problems, while giving me practical strategies, anecdotes, homework (per my request) to drive home what I need to heal, and her professional opinions. As far as therapists go, Rachel has set the bar for me. I look forward to each of our therapy sessions and I feel that I’m making progress overall. This is the best I’ve felt in a long time, and I feel like I’m evolving into a better person. All my thanks to you, Rachel!
Rachel is a very kind person and makes me feel heard. She is definitely the person you should go to when you're in need of a friend!
