Hello its Claire, Lovely to meet you. Are you experiencing feelings of anxiety, stress and panic? Do you often feel low, depressed and have little energy to do anything? Are you experiencing insomnia or difficulties with your sleep?

Or maybe you experience panic attacks or have fear or phobia which is restricting your life?

We all go through difficult periods in our life and it can be easy to get stuck in cycles of anxiety and depression. I use specialist Counselling and Hypnotherapy to successfully help to break these negative cycles, helping you to overcome the anxiety which is holding you back.

I am credentialed in the UK and I am an experienced and skilled Counsellor and Hypnotherapist and work with you towards creating the life you deserve, a life that is rich and vibrant where anxiety no longer holds you back.

I offer specialised Counselling and Hypnotherapy for: anxiety, stress/ insomnia and fears, phobias and neurodivergence.

Often changes in life such as trauma, loss and bereavement can impact on our usual coping skills. This can lead to feelings of being overwhelmed, experiencing difficulties in relaxing and enjoying life and heightened feelings of anxiety.

Counselling and Hypnotherapy with me can help you to reconnect with yourself and your own inner resources. About Claire

I am a qualified Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Social Worker and Meditation Instructor. My focus is on supporting you to make the changes you desire towards living a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.

I decided to train as a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist after experiencing the fantastic and lasting impact it had on my own life. Counselling and Hypnotherapy were transformative in my life and have allowed me to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life. I would like to share these amazing benefits with others.

I have definitely found my calling in life and am very passionate about counselling and hypnotherapy and the transformative and empowering impacts it can have on a person’s life.

I use a range of approaches in order to tailor to your individual needs but mainly the person centred approach. I draw from my experience as a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist and also from working as Social Worker with children and adults who have experienced, trauma, loss, abuse and mental health difficulties and clients who are neurodivergent.

I offer a friendly, warm, safe and confidential place where you are able to talk and explore your thoughts and feelings. Counselling can help in identifying your strengths and building resilience to cope with the challenges of life.

How Hypnotherapy can help:

Hypnotherapy helps by supporting you to experience a deep level of relaxation. It can help you towards making changes to behaviours and patterns at a subconscious level.

Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective way of helping you towards reprogramming subconscious beliefs and patterns of behaviour. Hypnotherapy can be very powerful in helping you to make positive changes especially when used alongside counselling.

I offer specialist counselling and hypnotherapy for anxiety, stress, insomnia, fears and phobias, confidence and neurodivergence.

I am able to provide you with practical support though counselling, hypnotherapy and meditation and relaxation techniques which will aid you towards reducing stress, anxiety and supporting you towards improving your sleep and general well- being.

I can work with you around anxiety reduction, managing panic attacks and fears / phobias. I can also work with you around improving your sleep and sleep hygiene. I can work with you around depression, low mood and the therapies I offer are neuro affirming and trauma informed.

I am also a qualified Social Worker and have many years of experience of working with adopted children and adults and offer counselling for adopted adults.
