Great therapist helped me point in the direction I see myself improving

Sharing your most intimate and ugly sides of yourself is never easy or fun. The respect, courtesy and empathy Chris shows in his genuine and heartfelt approach makes it easier. I left every session feeling lighter, more capable and strongly believing in my abilities and good intentions. Chris is able to take all the muddled mess going on internally and guide you through undoing all the tangles and knots. He leaves you with the ability to do it yourself the next time things get messy. His availability is outstanding and was able to slot into my busy schedule effortlessly. I really appreciate our therapy sessions and continue to apply his little tidbits of advice in my daily life
