I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with three years of experience providing therapy to individuals facing a wide range of challenges. My clinical background includes working with clients navigating mood disorders (such as depression and bipolar disorder), anxiety, psychotic disorders, trauma, and issues related to abandonment and attachment, grief and much more. I have supported individuals through complex emotional struggles and helped them build healthier patterns in their relationships and sense of self. I work with clients as young as 5 years old and as old as 65 years old.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic approaches, while also focusing on attachment and trauma-informed care. I am also EMDR trained.

Whether you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, difficult life transitions, or long-standing patterns that feel hard to break, I offer a safe space to explore, heal, and grow.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
