I’m a BACP and NCPS registered psychotherapist, here to help you navigate life's challenges with clarity, understanding, and practical tools for change. My approach is warm , collaborative, and focused on helping you feel supported while making meaningful progress.

I have extensive experience in anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and workplace issues - including feeling stuck or unfulfilled in your career. I'm also trained in the Rewind Technique and other powerful visualisation methods to help reduce symptoms of PTSD, trauma, and intrusive memories safely and effectively.

Many clients come to me for help with seasonal depression, post-holiday anxiety, or times when life feels out of balance. Together we'll work to identify patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and move towards greater confidence and peace of mind.

My work is integrative, meaning I draw from several therapeutic models including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, and mindfulness-based tools. Where helpful, I can also provide structured techniques or exercises to support you between sessions.

Before training as a therapist, I spent many years working in professional and corporate settings. That background helps me understand the emotional pressure that can build in working life — whether you’re facing performance stress, navigating a difficult team environment, feeling stuck in your career, or simply trying to cope day-to-day.

I aim to create a space that’s calm, respectful, and supportive — a place to be heard without judgement. Whether you’re dealing with anxious thoughts, burnout, difficult emotions, or repeated patterns in relationships or work, we can begin making sense of things together.

Alongside broader issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety and emotional overwhelm I also work with individuals struggling with porn, sex and masturbation addiction. This includes clients looking to regain control, reduce compulsive behaviours, and rebuild healthy relationships with intimacy and self-worth.
