Hi, my name is Matt and I'm an Integrative counsellor with 12 years post qualification experience. My aim is to build a relationship of trust, help you understand the difficulties you may be dealing with so you can make choices towards living the life you want. Sounds easy in words right? Starting counselling is daunting and going through the process is hard as it will more than likely bring up uncomfortable emotions, thoughts, memories, realisations and truths. However, and this is where i'd like to help, with empathy, time, compassion and understanding we can work together and get you to the place you live your life as you want.

Over the years I've worked with clients of all ages from from all walks of life struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, loneliness, bereavement, relationship issues, family issues, stress, trauma, OCD, sexual abuse and childhood trauma.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
