Hi, my name's Vicki. It's lovely to meet you. I'm based in the UK, am qualified to Level 5 in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice and am an accredited member of the NCPS. I have over 3 years of counselling experience, supporting clients with a variety of issues, including women's health, workplace stress, relationship issues, and anxiety.
Do you ever feel drained, disconnected, or caught in a cycle of thoughts that won’t switch off? Maybe you find yourself replaying conversations, worrying about what’s ahead, or feeling weighed down by stresses that others don’t always see. Carrying this alone can be exhausting, and all we want is for someone to listen to us and ask ‘how can I help?’.
I'm here to help you work through your hardest thoughts, to navigate the stresses and strains of life, and to put those limiting beliefs away. I want you to feel empowered to make the changes and take the steps you want, and to feel good about doing so.
I offer a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to face it all by yourself. I will help you feel safe and at ease as we explore what’s been troubling you, and gently make sense of what you’re carrying, and help you find ways to feel more grounded and empowered in your day-to-day life, while bringing focus on to you and how you’re feeling.
I am passionate about and specialise in women's period health issues, particularly chronic conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, PMDD and PCOS. I have extensive experience of endometriosis and fibroids, understanding the frustrations experienced due to issues including delayed or missed diagnosis, and the impact these conditions may have on mental, physical and emotional health, with everyone’s experience being different. I can help you work through the feelings and emotions that come with diagnosis, treatment options and living with the conditions.
I have a very keen interest in relationship dynamics and supporting people in strengthening their connections to build healthy and fulfilling connections, alongside helping people look at their attachment style and move into a happy, secure attachment. I previously worked as a counsellor at an addiction specialist, working with people in active and recovering addictions, and also with those impacted by their loved ones experiencing addiction. Types of addiction I have worked with include drugs, alcohol and gambling.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
