I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, & child sexual abuse, rape and sexual assault. I also have experience helping clients who maybe struggling with sexual issues (dysfunctions) and intimacy related issues. I also have experience of helping clients who have struggled with cancer whether as the person who is experiencing it or someone who is supporting someone through it. I believe that the you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I work in an integrative way, which means working with a range of theories, tools to help you the individual make the changes you want. Afterall, we are all different and one fit doesn't work for everyone. I understand the importance of having a good working therapeutic relationship and is key in working effectively together. I appreciate that it can feel a big step and daunting in seeking help and I aim to make the process comfortable in a safe, confidential, professional and non judgemental space to help you through the journey.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
