I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Ms. Sandra Walker-Lee. From the very first session, I felt genuinely heard, understood, and respected. her compassionate and patient-centered approach has made a significant difference in my mental health journey. She creates a safe and nonjudgmental space where I can openly discuss my thoughts and challenges. She was great. I was super nervous about being 100% transparent when talking about everything but she was great. She asked all the right questions and I think I was able to explain all the feelings physically and mentally that have been causing problems for me and my family.

Reviewed August 2025

She was very compassionate and caring. I felt her wanting to help me. She was very kind.

Reviewed September 2025

It was just onboarding, and a few of the questions were a bit forward, and there were some assumptions made that I would understand existing mental health jargon that I had to ask clarification for because this is the first time really getting official, proper mental health assessment. It's not star-dockable, though. Just a little awkward. I was hoping for a bit more in the way of diagnostic questions looking for other issues (like ADHD or autism) rather than just reinforcing the more generalized issues that are already established (anxiety and depression), for the purposes of onboarding, but I guess that'll be dealt with by the therapy sessions more than anything.
