Honestly, Brian is fantastic. Great listener. Helpful insight. Soothing presence. I'm very happy with the sessions.
I think Brian is doing Wonderful so far, he has giving me ideas to try to get better sleep, and he is correct it never hurts to get a second opinion about our health and mental health issues. So I will be scheduling an appointment with a therapist to discuss alternative medications.
We were just discussing that. I really do feel that being able to openly talk with Brian, not only about my mental health, but also my spiritual. I'm in a much better place in my life now. I no longer want to hurt myself, I'm no longer looking backwards, but I am now looking forward.
He is an outstanding counselor. He listens and his response is very helpful. I am thankful for Brightside. This is my first time in counseling, and I am seeing the need for it. I encourage Mr. Brian to keep during what he is doing.
His support is everything to me right now and i am becoming more aware of things im doing wrong with my kids. Would like to discuss next session about putting a name to what is going on with me. I dont want to be the problem anymore, im exhausted
