The goal of our time together will be to help nurture healthy change with you in mind by learning about you as a person and your emotional needs and reducing negative feelings of anxiety, anger, guilt, and shame.

My aim as your potential counselor is to provide support, and guidance, and provide a nonjudgmental space for you to seek clarity using a collaborative approach. I understand that seeking help can be frightening, but you are not alone on this journey. Many of us fear sharing our private pain, hurt feelings, or concerns stirring us emotionally. Anxiety is a normal part of talking to a therapist about your challenges. Only you are your own expert but I am here to help you build a space in which you can identify and understand what goals you want to achieve using a solution-focused approach.
My primary area of focus is on depression and anxiety and attempting to alleviate and reduce symptoms while also building a strong foundation to be able to cope with events that may be inevitable. I hope to connect with you and start work to help you work on a continuous path of seeking clarity, peace, and well-being.
