I’m a counsellor with over 15 years’ experience supporting adults, young people, and workplaces through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and workplace stress. My approach is counselling-based, warm, practical, trauma-informed, and client-centred. I help clients make sense of what’s happening, build emotional regulation, and reconnect with their own inner strengths and values.
When appropriate, I may integrate art therapy or transpersonal methods for clients who find creative or symbolic processes helpful. These approaches can deepen insight and expression but are always optional and guided by each person’s comfort and readiness.
I hold postgraduate qualifications in counselling and psychotherapy, with advanced training in transpersonal counselling and art therapy. I am a registered member of PACFA and ACA as well as an accredited ACA supervisor. I believe healing happens through genuine connection and understanding, and my goal is to support people to feel more empowered, resilient, and at ease within themselves.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
