Barb is awesome! She listens and totally gets me!
In a short time Barbara has helped me make sense of my anxiety and has already taught me useful ways to cope with it. Instead of my go-to of covering it up and making it worse in the long run. I feel more confident and able to face things head-on. She's easy to talk to and makes things relatable.
I like Barbara's way of consulting, she doesn't emphasize on the issue, she tackles it from a different perspective which helps with the paradigm shift, and she offers effective ways and tools to help solve the issue. She mostly responds only 4 times a week in the evening. Having a specific number of responses made me specific with my messages and questions and made me count on myself more and not be in a need for counseling all the time.
I had the chance to work with Barb for about half an year. She was patient and addressed several of my issues in a systematic and incremental way. I still follow several of her rules and it helped me gain balance and focus. No amount of words can convey my gratitude towards Barb for helping me out of this dark phase

I went through three counselors before being connected with Barbara. I might be high maintenance, but she didn't make me feel like that.
