Life is not easy and if you've lived on Earth, that is a shared experience. It typically doesn't matter the background either, life can get tight and things go incredibly sideways very quickly. Things hurt, things don't make sense, and sometimes it's deep within us. That is where therapy is a critical solution and support. As a therapist, it brings me great joy to slowly build rapport to understand what needs to be heard and also see what is not being said. Therapy also allows me to use my natural ability to join, challenge, and teach, skills that make me who I am, the best fit for you. My undergrad education is in education and I do love to teach. I am a man of faith and that allows me to see and know the best in people regardless of circumstance, appearance, or other perceived barriers. I am a husband (of 20 years) and a father so I know family life and I embrace the strength and struggle of family. I subscribe to CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused modalities.
