At this moment, you are contemplating how to adjust, adapt and cope with the difficulties of life and looking for the right therapist to help you through this. Perhaps you are even looking how to grow from where you are now to a better version of you and want a therapist who is comfortable with not just helping you "get over it", but also with helping you progress to your next steps in life. Let's go on that journey together.

I am an experienced therapist who enjoys working with clients who are dealing with issues such as depression, low mood, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, relationship stress and medical issues such as stroke and traumatic brain injury.

I want to hear your story fully, and learn how you see yourself and your situation. From there, together we will develop a plan that is tailored to your personal needs and values.

I will work collaboratively with you to identify the therapy methods that are the most beneficial to you and make the most common sense in your life, while explaining each step in every day language.

I am also a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer, with considerable experience working with survivors of traumatic brain injuries, strokes and other acquired brain injuries, along with working with caregivers.

I look forward to having a successful therapy experience together.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
