I offer therapy that helps you move forward. Whether you’re transitioning to a new phase of life, wanting more joy and meaning in relationships, or looking for more resilience in the face of everyday challenges, we work together to understand what’s lying beneath the stress you’re carrying—and then work to resolve it. My education includes a master’s from Smith College, renowned for its integration of rigorous clinical training with psychodynamic therapy and a social justice lens, a PhD in history and social sciences, and a masters in history.

Having lived and worked in the U.S, France, and Italy, I am particularly aware of the challenges of finding connection and stability in unfamiliar places. I am excited to accompany you on this fascinating, if challenging, journey, as we work together to integrate the many parts of yourself so you can feel whole again. I believe working with a wise, professional partner is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself.

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll start to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
