My philosophy in the counseling relationship first centers on my goal to create a space where you feel safe, cared for, respected and welcomed to explore deeper layers of your personal identity. We collaborate to name goals for your care for mental health care and dual diagnosis counseling. Care will include overarching social justice lens, our conversations will naturally include your cultural identities and social locations as well as the boarder contexts of your lived experience. Through our collaboration, we will work towards exploring your personal worldview to affirm your strengths. I am honored to bare witness to your story. My clinical training has been focused on addictions, crisis intervention/acute care settings, grief and bereavement, and sexual/gender identity with adults. I have worked in co-occurring residential, intensive outpatient and inpatient for the past 7 years. I work to focus on mind, body and spirit in the counseling room.

Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
