I have worked providing mental health support to individuals, including mentoring business leaders, employees, physiotherapists, psychologists and senior yoga teachers, for over two decades.

Studying the science of compassion, the science behind anger, calming and understanding the mind, has helped me help my clients going through a difficult time in life. I also use my lived experiences in various facets of life, knowledge, wisdom and learning, to facilitate positive changes. I was unable to walk for many years and went on to become a high jumper and athlete.
I provide counselling support to professionals, business leaders and changemakers, I have the intent to help them manage their relationship issues, emotional pressures at work and professional areas, along with their overall well-being.
I have a MSc. in Psychology with specialization in Counselling along with a MA in Science of Living, Yoga & Meditation with a post graduate diploma in counselling psychology. I have a BA in Psychology, and I have studied psychology in my pre-university for two years.
I am an internationally certified Yoga Master with five advanced certifications and have studied the science of mind in depth under masters directly. I specialize with the mental aspect of Yoga to help clients with calming their mind. I am also certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy and apply its mind related principles.
Additionally, I have experience as a crisis support specialist, offering dedicated emotional support for people in crisis. I volunteer helping the aged, women in distress and mentor young adults.
Caring about people, animals, the environment, planet and nature, and living a low carbon sustainable life is an integral part of my living. My background and other work experience include working in the corporate sector as a leader in strategy planning, creative director in advertising-media, as a writer and publishing editorial cartoonist.
