What to expect when working with me:

I am a human first, Grief and Bereavement Therapist and Mental Health Clinician second. That means I work with you in a compassionate, humanistic manner, that sees your unique life story first and your struggles second.

My extensive clinical experience has allowed me to work with a range of patients challenged by stress, anxiety, depression, a complex mental diagnoses, complex and/or childhood trauma, suicide loss, natural death and non-death related loss, chronic illness, anticipatory grief and major life transitions. I work with adults from 18 years and up.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and authenticity. My appointments and subsequent treatment plans are always tailored to your unique needs and will incorporate wherever appropriate the following therapies: Talk Therapy, Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Narrative Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Somatics.
