Outside of my work as a therapist, family is at the center of my life. I’m a proud mom of four adult children and a grateful grandmother to seven wonderful grandchildren. Some of my happiest moments are spent simply being with my family. I also enjoy sports and love cheering for the Utah Utes, the Las Vegas Raiders, and the Los Angeles Dodgers. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me camping, spending time near the beach, or enjoying the outdoors. These experiences help keep me grounded and remind me how important connection, balance, and joy are in our lives.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward. Not only adults, but also children and teens, big emotions and life changes can feel confusing and difficult to express. You don’t have to navigate these experiences alone.

I offer a compassionate and supportive space where both children, teens and adults can feel safe, heard, and understood. My goal is to build a genuine therapeutic relationship where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Together, we work at your pace to understand what you’re going through and to find meaningful ways to move toward healing and growth. I look at individuals from a strength based frame, and help the client recognize their strengths.

I use a variety of complementary approaches /modalities to help clients develop healthier ways of understanding themselves, strengthen relationships, and build skills for managing life’s challenges. I enjoy helping people work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, low self-esteem, life transitions, parenting challenges, and relationship struggles. When working with children, I incorporate developmentally appropriate methods that help them express feelings, build emotional skills, and feel supported.

I believe that growth often begins during difficult seasons. Our emotions can guide us toward what truly matters, and within each person are strengths that can help transform pain into resilience and positive change.

It is important to me that you feel respected, valued, and supported throughout the therapy process. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or for your child, I wou

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
