I am a holistic mental health and wellness practitioner integrating modern psychology with Ayurvedic wisdom to support balance, clarity and emotional wellbeing. I hold postgraduate training in psychology and a Master’s in Counselling, and bring over a decade of experience across counselling, mental health, Ayurveda, Reiki, yoga and meditation. My approach is grounded, integrative and relational — supporting both emotional insight and nervous system regulation.
I am an NDIS-registered practitioner providing counselling and personalised wellbeing programs, and an ACA Level 3 Clinical Counselling Supervisor working with practitioners and students individually and in groups. My therapeutic approach is tailored to the individual and may draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy and mindfulness-based approaches. I also integrate psychophysiological frameworks, including Psychoneuroimmunology-informed practice, particularly when working with stress-related conditions, mood concerns, sleep disturbances, chronic pain and trauma.
My work is especially supportive for clients navigating anxiety, depression, workplace stress, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, and cultural or identity transitions. I offer both short-term focused work and longer-term therapeutic support. Couples and family therapy is also available.
Alongside my clinical training, I have formal study in both Indian and Sri Lankan traditions of Ayurveda and classical Hatha yoga. I specialise in mindfulness and nervous system regulation, integrating contemplative practice and lifestyle recalibration into therapy where appropriate.
Beyond private practice, I facilitate workshops and retreats focused on mental health, stress regulation, motivation, wellbeing and applied Ayurvedic philosophy. I have delivered sessions across corporate and not-for-profit sectors, and remain committed to bridging evidence-based mental health care with embodied, culturally informed approaches.
My intention is to create a steady, thoughtful and collaborative therapeutic space — one that supports meaningful change, deeper self-understanding and sustainable wellbeing.
I look forward to working together.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
