Do you know that you are amazing, awesome, wonderful, beautiful, handsome, wise, intelligent, and able to do whatever your heart desires? Do you know you are valuable, worthy, and capable of doing whatever you want? If not, or if you have any doubts, together we can work on shifting that perspective by helping you remember your internal power and amazing self-worth. I am passionate about helping people believe in themselves so they no longer feel guilty standing up for themselves and standing in their truth.

I use IFS, DBT, and Somatic Therapies with my clients.

I work with adult clients of all backgrounds and specialize in working with women.

In our sessions I will guide and support you as we explore how you can implement new techniques from modalities such as DBT, IFS, Feminist Theories and energy work to feel more empowered in your life.

I have over 20 years of experience helping people grow into their truth; with 2 master’s degrees and several certifications as an advanced yoga teacher and reiki practitioner.

In your first session we will explore what brings you to therapy, a little bit about your background and what you want to work on. During treatment we will work on building up your sense of self-worth through activities such as journaling, appropriate readings, parts work, and energy work exercises that empower you to stand in your truth.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
